Peter Atuma, a seasoned expert with over 30 years of experience in finance and 23 years in IT security, is the Chairman of Princeps Holdings Limited and Executive Chairman at Princeps Credit Systems Limited. He has held various management positions at EC Harris, Arcadis, and Morgan Stanley. Atuma's career began in the Nigerian finance sector, with his tenure at the Nigerian Industrial Development Bank (NIDB) Trustees Ltd. He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Benin and is a Certified Information Security Manager and ITIL v3 expert.

Akanimoh, with 15 years of experience in the financial sector, currently oversees business at Source Microfinance Bank. She has held positions in Tier 1 and 2 banks, developing flagship products and value propositions for smart banking, capacity building, business growth, and access to finance. Akanimoh has led teams, developed coaching and mentoring talents, and participated in forums and discussions on finance issues, focusing on Micro Small and Medium Enterprises, Women, and payments. She holds an MBA from the University of South Wales and is the current President of Eagle Toastmasters Club, the premier Toastmasters club in Nigeria.

Obi Wemambu is a leader with 19 years of experience bridging finance and technology. Currently, he heads Sales and Marketing at Princeps Credit Systems, driving significant loan portfolio growth. Beforehand, he founded a successful document management company, securing major clients in Nigeria. Wemambu's leadership extends beyond his own ventures, with prior experience in various executive roles across finance and technology companies. Rounding out his impressive background is a degree in Accounting, extensive management training, and membership in a prestigious professional institute.

Noela Ifedirah is a Human Resource professional with over 17 years experience in various industries. She has a strong focus on leadership, quality services, brand growth, and achieving company goals. With an MBA in International Business & Strategy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Degree in Management, she has worked in government, private institutions, financial services, telecommunications, entertainment industry, FCMG, and tourism. She is a certified CIPD John Maxwell coach, trainer, and speaker, and enjoys developing teams with drive and commitment.

Mr. I.E Anenih is the MD of Hedge & Pembrook Limited, a Nigerian design and building company. He holds an MSc in international consultancy with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Reading and an MSc from the University of Hull. Anenih started his career as a Customer Business Development Executive for Procter & Gamble, UK, where he developed campaigns and strategies to grow P&G's performance with TESCO. In 2006, he took up the position of Executive Vice Chairman of First Medical & Sterile Products, a medical manufacturing outfit in Calabar, Cross River state.

Gbemisola is a senior finance leader with 15 years of experience in IT, Financial Services, Automotive, and Telecoms, is passionate about driving business growth and ensuring sustainable return on shareholder value. She provides financial leadership, business partnering, strategic planning support, and business insight to Managing Directors and Senior Management in Sub Saharan Africa. Her expertise includes financial risk management, financing, revenue management, budget preparation, benchmarking, performance management, and regulatory engagement.
